8:00 a.m. Race begins

General Rules:
All participants must wear their bib on the front and the number must be visible at all times (not worn under a jacket, for example). Your bib also serves as your timing device.

Out of respect to all participants, please line up in the start corral according to your expected pace. Fast runners should line up at the front. Walkers and strollers should start in the back of the field.

No food is allowed on the lacrosse field.

No dogs are allowed in the race because trail rules prohibit dogs.

Race Location:
The race begins in front of the Blessed Trinity lacrosse field and finishes on the lacrosse field. Race morning packet pick-up, registration, pre-race announcements and the post-race party will be held in the lacrosse field parking lot.

The awards ceremony will be held at 9:15 a.m. in the lacrosse field parking lot. Awards will be given to the first overall male and female finishers, overall male and female master’s champion (40 years and older) and the top three male and female runners in each age group (10 years old and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 years and older). All awards will be based on gun time.

Three portable restrooms are located in the lacrosse field parking lot. Additional, permanent restrooms are available at the church and Blessed Trinity football stadium (see map).

Headphones, Strollers and Dogs:
While headphones are allowed for the race, please be careful if you are wearing them. Be aware of other participants and listen to race announcements and officials.
Strollers are allowed. The one-mile trail portion of the race begins at 1.9 miles and is best for jogging strollers. Aside from the first .1 of mile (which is covered with rocks), the trail is dirt and tree roots. Stroller participants who do not wish to use the trail may skip that part of the race and return to the lacrosse field parking lot using the road. However, those who skip the trail will not receive a finishing time and cannot win an award.

Thank you,
